"WE_WelcomeEurope", competition for the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome
"WE_WelcomeEurope: hopes and ideas for the future Union" involves students of Italian lower and upper secondary schools and is meant to provide young generations with food for thought on Europe and make them share ideas, in particular on values, opportunities and the importance of being European citizens.
Sandro Gozi underscored the relevance of the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome, “which will enable us to renew our commitment for a better Union, by involving those countries willing to safeguard and relaunch the European project. This message should be addressed especially to young generations, with the purpose of restoring their hope for the future”.
